Required running platform on your mobile device is Java ME engine together with CDLC-1.1 and MIDP-2.0 toolkits. A wide range of devices should be suitable, as there are known vendors supporting requested platform like Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, Blackberry, Siemens etc. You can check list of compliant vendors/models here; however, the list is not necessarily completed (i.e. you can still have an appropriate device even if it is missing on the list).
